Human Resources Business Partner

Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join the team, working closely with the Senior Manager to ensure the smooth execution of daily HR operations and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to provide sound HR advice and guidance on best practices, policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, grievance handling, and offboarding.
• Review, enhance, and implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while improving operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS such as Unit4 (Prosoft) will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with good time management and prioritisation skills.
