Title : HRBP, APAC Data Center Business

Location : Beijing, ~1/3 time traveling across Southeast Asia & APAC

Report to : Global HRD, Beijing

About the role

HR Business Partner supporting our 20-person APAC sales team including regional sales head & field sales. Own full-cycle HR delivery: talent acquisition, organization building, performance & incentive design, talent review and employee relations for complex long-cycle overseas infrastructure projects. Partner with Global HR to align HR policies and localize people practices for APAC subsidiaries.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 8+ years HRBP experience. Prior data center / large long-cycle engineering project background preferred;
• Experience supporting multi-country distributed teams, familiar with expatriate & cross-border employee management
• Full-spectrum HR capability, strong in senior sales recruitment, organization diagnosis and team incentive design
• Business English for cross-border communication; willing to travel within APAC
