Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
• Identify people challenges and recommend practical solutions based on HR data and business priorities.
• Support leaders with talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Advise on employee relations matters in line with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver effective people programs.
• Monitor HR indicators, including turnover, productivity, and employee engagement, and recommend improvements.
• Support organizational changes and help leaders communicate them clearly to their teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders across multiple functions or locations.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent development, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Ability to turn HR data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, services, or a business with multiple branches is an advantage.
