About the role

HR Business Partnering for cluster as assigned. Coordinate and drive key HR Programs assigned and serves as the key cluster SPOC as assigned. Key coordination for People development, talent programs and various rollouts as assigned. Cluster projects assigned on ad hoc basis and on needs basis.

About you

• At least 8 years HR and HRBP experience (Must have)
• Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or related discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Demonstrated experience executing people development programs and supporting succession planning/ talent reviews (process ownership, tracking, reporting)
• Hands-on, analysing data, navigating with large data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Attention to detail and commitment to get things done and getting them done well
• High Integrity and discretion with sensitive employee confidential data
