Short Description of Work

The Human Resources Clerk provides administrative support to the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience

• MQF Level 3
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic HR functions and employment laws is an advantage
