This role supports employee relations, recruitment, and HR administrative processes, serving as a key liaison between employees and management. The HR Generalist plays a vital role in maintaining a compliant, organized, and people-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Draft HR policies, notices, memoranda, and employment-related documents.
• Manage employment contracts, 201 files, and HR records (both physical and digital).
• Coordinate with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and documentation.
• Develop HR policies and conduct compliance orientations and training programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, compliance, or employee relations.
• Working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation tools.
• Experience in HR compliance or legal administration is an advantage
