Job Description

• Handle daily HR administration and employee documentation.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, public holiday, and overtime records.
• Manage monthly payroll data and ensure all attendance records are accurate.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are properly updated.
• Support the implementation of company policies and HR procedures.
• Coordinate with all departments regarding HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality/F&B.
• Good understanding of HR administration, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.
• Experienced in using HRIS, especially Talenta (required).
• Familiar with Talenta attendance, leave, overtime, public holiday, and employee data management.
• Able to manage and verify attendance and payroll data through Talenta.
• Good understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good command of English.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
