About the Role

We're looking for a proactive HR Executive to drive our recruitment efforts and support the growth of our agency. This role goes beyond typical HR admin — you'll play a direct part in building our sales force, sourcing and screening candidates for both support roles and our growing team of financial advisors and agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and other channels
• Design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to both support staff and sales/agent roles
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document role requirements and objectives
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using structured, reliable selection methods to assess candidates efficiently
• Evaluate applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude — including fit for client-facing and sales-oriented roles

Requirements

• Own transport
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong team player with self-discipline and a willingness to learn
• Able to speak English; fluent Mandarin speaker is an advantage
• Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidates across a range of roles
