Duties

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms to attract top talent.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions, to promote continuous growth.
• Administer benefits programs and handle benefits-related inquiries with precision and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment law, labor regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA guidelines, and affirmative action planning.
• Conduct training & development sessions to enhance workforce skills and support succession planning initiatives.
• Utilize Excel data analysis and HRIS tools for data collection, reporting, and strategic planning purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, project management, and organization design.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS platforms; skilled in data entry and Excel data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively manage employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, personnel administration, workers' compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting strategies using ATS tools and HR sourcing techniques; experience with conflict management and OSHA standards is a plus.

Pay: $60,904.19 - $73,346.98 per year
