- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and corporate governance requirements.
- Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations professionally.
- Support talent management, succession planning, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and management updates for senior management when required.
- Ensure proper HR documentation, internal controls, confidentiality, and audit compliance.
- Support organizational development, restructuring, and other strategic HR initiatives.
