Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

• Coordinate daily HR administrative activities.

• Ensure employee records are updated and properly maintained.

• Monitor HR documentation and compliance status.

2. Payroll & Attendance

• Prepare monthly payroll data.

• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, claims, and allowances.

• Coordinate payroll submission with finance/payroll vendor.

3. Employee Lifecycle Administration

Prepare HR letters including:

• Offer letters

• Confirmation letters

• Warning/show cause letters

• Promotion letters

• Manage resignation clearance and exit documentation

4. Foreign Worker Management

• Manage all matters related to foreign worker employment included application, permit/passport renewal, FOMEMA, & etc.

• Liaise with government bodies such as Labour Office and Immigration Department etc. for new application or renewal of permit, license, certificate & etc. Coordinate with other departments to record, follow up and updating relevant and outstanding matter.

5. Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or special assignments as directed by Management from time to time in accordance with operational requirements.

Requirement :

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar human resources role.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practice.
