Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma IV/Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience using Talenta HRIS or other similar HRIS systems.
• Good understanding of personnel administration and recruitment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Responsible and able to work under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage personnel administration, including employee data, personal profiles, employment documents, medical check-up (MCU) records, and performance evaluation administration.
• Manage and monitor employee attendance through Talenta HRIS to support the payroll process.
• Prepare HR administrative reports and provide operational support to the Human Resources Department.
• Manage, monitor, and ensure that company documents and permits are complete, valid, and updated according to their expiration dates.
