About Internship:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our Learning & Development team (HR department). This internship offers hands-on experience in L&D, employee engagement, and digital learning in a dynamic corporate environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and creating content for employee development/engagement and L&D initiatives.

• Support in developing, uploading, and tracking e-learning modules.

• Coordinate and maintain a tracking mechanism for training and development activities.

• Assist in vendor coordination and management for training programs.

• Support with data collation, analysis, and reporting as required.

• Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of virtual and in-person training sessions and employee engagement events, including scheduling, materials, invites, and follow-ups.

• Contribute to strategic organization development initiatives and long-term employee growth programs.

• Support in new project initiatives.

• The Intern will work closely in projects related to L&D.
