Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and employee selection.
• Prepare appointment and employment documentation.
• Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and employee conduct.
• Support employee performance reviews and professional development.
• Address staff concerns and promote positive workplace relationships.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to employees.
• Assist management with disciplinary and workplace matters.
• Coordinate staff training and development activities.
• Support payroll and other employee-related administrative processes.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and a healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Good knowledge of basic HR practices.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fair, responsible, approachable, and professional attitude.
