We are looking for a skilled and approachable HR Professional to support our employees, manage the employee lifecycle, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment. You will bridge the gap between management and staff, ensuring smooth administrative operations

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings on job portals like Indeed India, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts, manage offer negotiations, and lead onboarding orientations for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Workplace Culture:
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and assist with disciplinary procedures fairly and confidentially.
• Support initiatives that build a positive company culture and high employee morale.
• Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
• Coordinate payroll processing, tracking attendance, leave entitlements, etc
• Support periodic performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
• Identify training needs and organize professional development workshops.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
