WE ARE HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) EXECUTIVE / HR ASSISTANT

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resource management? Al Kauthar Eduqid is (AKE) is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team and support our HR operations.

Position: HR Executive / HR Assistant
Location: Al Kauthar Eduqids HQ

Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Handle attendance records, leave applications, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Assist with other HR duties and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
