What they need
We are a retail hypermarket looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment, attendance, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle recruitment, job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Process employee onboarding, resignations, and exit procedures.
Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and overtime records.
Handle employee complaints and disciplinary procedures professionally.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Pay: AED15.24 - AED7,900.00 per month
Work Location: In person
