• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Ensure recruitment processes are carried out in alignment with the organization's ISO procedures.
• Maintain recruitment records, approvals, and documentation in accordance with ISO documentation control standards.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate assessments or technical evaluations.
• Ensure recruitment and selection procedures are documented, implemented, maintained, and periodically reviewed as per ISO standards.
• Provide support in organizing HR events, training sessions, or employee engagement initiatives when needed.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned, especially during peak periods or special projects.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Internships and an HR certificate are a must.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• High level of attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Participation in student activities, HR training programs, or job fairs is a must.
