Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

As our Human Resource Coordinator with Spruson & Ferguson, you will work with a regional team to handle general Human Resources Operations (inclusive of Compensation & Benefits processing), Learning & Development, and take part in exciting Human Resources projects to uplift our processes and people further.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle recruitment activities such as pre-screening, interview coordination and more.
• Handle end-to-end Human Resource Operations, inclusive of onboarding, supporting Regional Orientation, contract management, company Intranet, updating Employee Handbook, to offboarding.
• Process enrolment of staff into Medical Insurance.
• Support ongoing reviews of our Compensation and Benefits, and rewards structures.
• Support Human Resource projects such as policy updates, rollout of new schemes, and more.

What You Bring:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience or Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the full cycle of Human Resources.
• Good stakeholder management, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and related matters are required.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors would be a bonus but not required.
