Looking to gain hands-on experience with a high-impact recruiting team? We’re seeking an organized and people-focused Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to support campus recruiting, internship hiring, and leadership development programs during the busiest recruiting season of the year.

📍 Minneapolis, MN

💰 $28-$39/hour

🕒 3-Month Contract (Fall Recruiting Season)

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Support the full fall campus recruiting cycle alongside the Early Careers team
• Review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Coordinate career fairs, recruiting events, and campus engagement activities
• Maintain recruiting data and applicant tracking in Workday
• Organize recruiting materials, event shipments, and campus recruiting inventory

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or event coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a plus
• Passion for university recruiting and early careers programs
