Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Benghazi - Libya (Onsite)

We are looking for an HR Coordinator with 2+ year of experience to support our HR and Talent Acquisition operations. The ideal candidate comes from heavy industries, construction, or manufacturing environments and has strong communication and data-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
• Assist in onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate internal communication between HR, operations, and employees.
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support HR projects related to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in HR coordination or recruitment.
• Experience in heavy industries, construction, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Office skills , especially Excel .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environments.
• Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and recruitment tools is a plus.
