Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department and assists with the coordination of daily HR activities. This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing and processing documentation, coordinating appointments and meetings, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Position Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Previous administrative or office experience required; previous Human Resources experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of ADP or other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

Working Conditions may include:

• Work hours include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
