Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and ensuring that HR administration, employee records, recruitment coordination, employee relations, attendance, training administration, and HR-related activities are managed accurately and efficiently.

The position serves as one of the key administrative points of contact between the Human Resources Department, hotel management, department heads, and employees, while ensuring compliance with company policies, hotel standards, and applicable employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR administration and employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Support payroll preparation and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Support employee engagement and welfare programs.
• Assist in handling employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and HR procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and projects.
