Human Resources Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in HR who thrives in a support-oriented, administrative role and is excited to contribute to a collaborative HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the pre-hire screening, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and communications, including performance tracking and engagement surveys.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting, such as posting jobs
• Help ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits or updates as necessary.
• Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably within an HR or office support role.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per hour
