Human Resources Coordinator

What You'll Do: Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)

• Manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Contact applicants and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial candidate screenings
• Build relationships with prospective employees throughout the hiring process
• Assist with recruiting events and other hiring initiatives
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records

Human Resources Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Process employment changes including new hires, resignations, terminations, and leaves of absence
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
• Help coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
• Support open enrollment and employee meetings
• Assist with compliance activities, audits, and required reporting
• Complete other HR projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• At least one year of Human Resources experience
• Three years of office or administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute

Experience with recruiting, interviewing, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
