Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in our HR operations. Duties

• Facilitate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors, and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
• Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, tracking progress, and assisting managers with development plans.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation claims, and other wellness initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws by staying current on HR legal requirements such as affirmative action planning, regulatory compliance management, and employment law.
• Assist in HR data collection and analysis using Excel data analysis techniques to generate reports on workforce metrics, turnover rates, and training effectiveness.
• Support HR projects related to organization design, succession planning, change management strategies, and training & development programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro for data entry and personnel administration.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing, and personnel recordkeeping practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Strong organizational skills with project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Ability to navigate complex HR sourcing channels like Kenexa BrassRing or Workday efficiently.
• Understanding of conflict management techniques and employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
