What You’ll Do

• Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Coordinate compliance documentation and HR records
• Support scheduling and communication between HR, recruitment, and operations teams
• Provide guidance to caregivers and staff with HR-related concerns
• Ensure smooth workflows and maintain compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment coordination experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, AxisCare, or similar) is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
