📣 We’re hiring: HR & Payroll Coordinator | Gdynia

Part-time: 50% or 75%, with the potential to move to full-time in the future.

Atlas NextWave is looking for a proactive colleague to support our growing operations in Poland. If Polish HR administration is your strength and you enjoy working with numbers, people and a variety of employment arrangements, we’d love to hear from you!

Your main focus will be HR administration, including employment documentation, contracts and payroll coordination with our external providers. You’ll also help resolve HR and payroll queries and support recruitment when workload allows, including reviewing CVs and identifying suitable candidates.

What we’re looking for:

• A solid understanding of the Polish Labour Code and practical experience in Polish HR administration.

• Familiarity with employment contracts, civil law contracts and B2B arrangements.

• Confidence using Excel and working with payroll data.

• Good communication skills in both Polish and English.

• A proactive approach, attention to detail and willingness to learn beyond your core area.

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or a related field would be an advantage.

We support onshore and offshore projects, so experience with international assignments, the maritime sector or the energy industry would be a strong advantage.
