Human Resources Coordinator

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to be the face of HR at our RTP facility and a go-to support for HR managers at two of our other locations.

This job has range. One day you're planning a team event. The next you're fixing records in SuccessFactors, helping a manager find the right training, or getting a new hire through onboarding. If you're organized, detail-obsessed, and curious about HR technology, you'll like it here.

You'll support SupplyPoint, Morse Watchmans, and Newcastle Mobile Systems, and work directly with the Head of HR.

What you'll do

• Answer employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and processes, and send the tougher issues to the right person
• Support diverse employees and if Spanish speaking in their language, including translating HR materials
• Plan and run employee engagement activities at RTP, then track what worked
• Handle day-to-day admin in SuccessFactors and Dayforce: data updates, record accuracy, and basic reporting
• Help managers find, assign, and track learning and development courses ( Also learn to be a trainer)
• Provide HR admin support to teams across the platform, including international locations
• Support open enrollment from communications to employee questions
• Coordinate recruiting logistics: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding paperwork

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• 3-6 years in HR, recruiting, or HR admin (adjacent experience counts)
• Sharp attention to detail. You catch the wrong date and the missing field.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle several priorities at once
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn HR systems. SuccessFactors or Dayforce experience helps, but it isn't required.
• Clear, friendly communication with people at every level
• Good judgment with confidential information
• AA degree preferred, or equivalent experience

• Event planning experience
• Open enrollment or benefits admin exposure
• Experience working across time zones
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or progress toward one
