Human Resources Coordinator II

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator II to join a growing organization located in Valley Center, San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and motivated HR professional looking to grow their career while supporting a variety of human resources functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and compliance documentation
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
• Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, payroll, and HR procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events
• Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and assist with various administrative projects
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of human resources experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Position Details

• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Valley Center, San Diego, CA
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30PM PST
• Compensation: $30.00 per hour DOE
