HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR – SECAUCUS, NJ

Roche Bobois is seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support our growing operations across the Northeast United States and Canada. Based in Secaucus, NJ, this role provides day‑to‑day HR support to multiple locations, helping deliver an excellent employee experience while ensuring efficient HR processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities :

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee inquiries.
• Organize training programs and track participation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and internal communications.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes remain accurate and compliant.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR or HR Administration experience.
• Fluency in English and French preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience supporting multiple locations is an asset.
