Human Resources Development (L&D)

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the HRD team and relevant departments to identify training needs and employee skill gaps.
• Design and develop training programs, course outlines, learning activities, and training materials based on business needs.
• Create engaging learning content such as training videos, presentations, infographics, microlearning, and digital learning materials.
• Use AI tools to develop and enhance learning content, including AI-generated videos, voice-over, animation, images, presentations, and other digital media.
• Transform traditional training materials into more engaging and easy-to-understand digital learning content.
• Deliver classroom, online, and blended training programs for employees.
• Facilitate training sessions and learning activities to ensure effective employee participation and learning.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal departments to turn technical or operational knowledge into structured and practical learning content.
• Support the development of Learning Roadmaps, Learning Journeys, and employee development programs.
• Support e-Learning, LMS, and other digital learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to training programs and learning content.
• Keep up to date with AI, digital learning, and content creation trends and identify new tools that can improve the company's learning experience.
• Support other HRD and employee development projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in HRD, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or related fields.
• Experience in designing or developing training programs and learning materials.
• Able to conduct and facilitate training sessions confidently.
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to turn complex information into simple and engaging learning content.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, especially AI video, voice, image, presentation, or animation tools.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar AI/digital content tools will be an advantage.
• Experience with e-Learning, LMS, or digital learning platforms will be an advantage.
• Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Creative and willing to experiment with new technology and learning approaches.
• Able to manage projects independently from concept and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
