Human Resources Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of L&D and Talent Management strategies, including talent development, succession planning, career development, competency development, and leadership development.
• Lead and coordinate HR projects related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and HR transformation.
• Design and implement learning programs, development plans, training frameworks, and talent development initiatives based on business and capability needs.
• Support Talent Review, Succession Planning, IDP, Career Development, and High Potential (HiPo) programs.
• Analyze HR and talent data to provide meaningful insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations to support people decisions.
• Work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps, development needs, and talent priorities, and translate them into practical HR solutions.
• Review and improve HR policies, processes, and workflows related to L&D, Talent Management, Performance Management, and employee development.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, talent review materials, project updates, and decision-support reports.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between HR strategy, talent development, and practical business implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, HR Strategy, HR Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong experience in Talent Review, Succession Planning, IDP, Leadership Development, Competency Development, and/or Performance Management.
