Human Resources Development Staff

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology
2. Min. 2 years experience in Human Resources, Manufacture Company
3. Good understanding of HR processes, employee administration and labor regulations
4. Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment & assessment methods (BEI)
5. Able to develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & training plans
6. Strong public speaking & training facilitation skills
7. Fluent In English
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP)

Job Description:

1. Post job vacancies on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms
2. Screen resumes and job applications, conduct interviews and coordinate user interviews
3. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including drafting contracts and orientation
4. Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files
5. Handle employee contract renewals, status changes, and offboarding/resignation processes
6. Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees
7. Collect training feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs
8. Assist in handling employee grievances, counseling and disciplinary issues
