Human Resources Director (BDMS Network)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with BDMS business objectives across BDMS affiliated companies: A.N.B. Laboratories Co., Ltd., The Medicpharma Co., Ltd., and Save Drug Center Co., Ltd.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team across multiple locations.
• Oversee HR operations across various sites, ensuring consistency in HR practices and policies. Address site-specific challenges and tailor HR solutions to meet local needs.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts. Implement effective recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies to mitigate HR-related risks.
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

·      Strong leadership and management skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.

·      Experience in manufacturing, detailed business or healthcare industry is preferable.
