Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing recruiting processes to attract top talent.
• Supervise HR teams responsible for employee orientation, onboarding, training & development programs, and employee evaluations to ensure consistent application of policies and best practices.
• Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal requirements to mitigate risks.
• Administer benefits programs including payroll processing via HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or ADP, benefits administration, and wellness initiatives.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives related to organization design, succession planning, performance management systems, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead HR program management efforts focusing on change management, employee engagement strategies, and analytics-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management with demonstrated supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR sourcing strategies, employee orientation programs, and performance management systems.
• Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal standards.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or ADP; experience with Kronos or Taleo is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking in HR leadership roles; capable of managing complex employee relations issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in managing human resources teams across multiple functions including benefits administration, training & development, and employee evaluation processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data analysis insights clearly and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management practices to foster organizational agility.

Pay: $96,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
