Human Resources Director

About the role

This role involves providing suggestions and implementing human resource management policies, communicating policies across all company departments, and supervising compliance with company regulations and the Labor Protection Act. The position oversees organizational structure development, workforce planning, recruitment and selection processes, and ensures accurate payroll and compensation processing. The role includes researching and developing salary structures and employee benefits, organizing employee engagement activities, managing permits and badges in compliance with airport authority regulations, coordinating disciplinary investigations, evaluating subordinate performance, and acting as a safety officer at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Provide suggestions, participate in policy-making, and implement human resource management policies
• Communicate policies to subordinates and all company departments to ensure unified practices in alignment with company policies
• Supervise, review, and update company regulations to ensure compliance and alignment with the Labor Protection Act
• Oversee and ensure employees' work practices align with company regulations
• Manage and oversee the development of organizational structure for all departments in accordance with company policies
• Supervise and manage workforce planning to align with company policies
• Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process in alignment with approved workforce planning
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, overtime, and other compensation
• Research, analyze, and develop salary structures in collaboration with senior management
• Research, analyze, and plan employee benefits to enhance employee motivation while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Law, or other related fields
• At least 15 years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge and understanding of labor protection act
• Strong leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to travel for work in other provinces
