Job Overview
I am an Asheville-based independent restaurateur operating four (soon to be 5.5) businesses and approximately 150 employees. We’re looking for an exceptional full-time HR Director with deep expertise in employment law/compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, handbooks and investigations. This isn’t a culture/training position—we have strong operators handling that. I’m interested in reaching experienced HR professionals who may not actively be job hunting
