Influence Business Decisions

Bring an HR perspective to organizational and financial decisions—and help leadership understand the business impact of workforce choices.

Build the HR Function

Use data, technology, and better processes to make HR more effective, efficient, and valuable to the organization.

Your Background Should Include :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience; strategic in thinking, but hands-on in execution.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, construction, distribution or another operational environment with an understanding of workforce planning, safety programs, and operational labor requirements, strongly preferred.
  • Outgoing, approachable and highly people-oriented.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership on business and organizational strategy.
  • Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Passionate about developing people and building strong teams.
  • Experience building or significantly improving HR programs, systems, and infrastructure.
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR certification is a plus.
