This role provides HR coordination, administration, and project support to the APAC HR team, partnering closely with business managers, employees, and HR stakeholders to support talent, organizational, and employee-related initiatives across the region.

• Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, recruitment tracking, onboarding arrangements, and liaison with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, organizational changes, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee lifecycle matters.
• Support manpower planning activities, headcount tracking, and organizational structure management.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management, talent review, succession planning, and career development processes.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes, leadership development initiatives, and Graduate Trainee programmes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, employee surveys, APAC events, and culture-building activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, providing accurate and timely workforce data.
• Maintain and organize HR documentation, ensuring proper filing, confidentiality, and accuracy.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
• HR generalist with minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of HR practices and employment-related processes
• High integrity and compliance
• Cross-cultural communication skill and the ability to work across diverse teams
• Good understanding of Labor laws for the relevant countries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
