Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at nDimensions is a full-time, on-site position located in Udaipur. The person in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits processes in coordination with relevant teams. They will handle employee relations by addressing inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and helping to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. They will also support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, facilitate training and development initiatives, and provide regular HR reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, and coordination of payroll and benefits.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to help implement, communicate, and maintain compliant and inclusive guidelines.
• Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to respond to employee queries and support a respectful work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with HRIS or other HR-related software; knowledge of local labor laws is an advantage.
