Human Resources Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee exits.
• Handle payroll administration, including attendance, leave and statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR policy implementation.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Manage foreign worker matters including work permits, renewals, documentation, accommodation, welfare and related compliance matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies on immigration and statutory matters.
• Support HR projects and other duties assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' HR Generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing or food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll administration; SQL Payroll experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in foreign worker management and work permit administration is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information professionally.
