About the role

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring great talent by managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. In addition to recruitment, you will support day-to-day HR operations and collaborate closely with the Senior HR Executive on various HR initiatives and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract, assess, and hire talent aligned with Pizza 4P's culture and business needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower request to offer and pre-boarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct CV screening and HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare employment offers and pre-boarding documentation for new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Administer the employee lifecycle, including contract administration and employee data updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation, and prepare routine HR reports.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and/or HR Generalist for appointment at the Executive level; strong candidates with less experience may be considered at a more junior level.
• Hands-on experience across the end-to-end recruitment process; for more junior candidates, demonstrated exposure and a strong aptitude to learn are essential.
• Experience handling multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with an ATS / HRIS (e.g., KissFlow & BIPO) is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
