Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the company’s day-to-day HR operations. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, employee relations, HR documentation, and other HR-related matters.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, good communication and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing：

• Handle the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other employee correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, medical leave, overtime, and other attendance-related matters.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll information, including salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, unpaid leave, and deductions.
• Handle and ensure accurate statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Handle employee inquiries, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and other employee relations matters professionally.
• Follow up on employee probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.
• Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, Employee Handbook, and internal HR guidelines.
• Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement, training, and staff development initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and data, including headcount, recruitment, attendance, and employee turnover.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by Management.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing and HRMS will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle employee matters professionally.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple HR matters effectively.
