Job Description

Sky Direct Travel is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities and support the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, and maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR administration
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters
• Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives
• Assist with company HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation
• Support performance management and employee development activities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Proactive and responsible approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
