Human Resources Executive

Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related information.

Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp.

Prepare payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

Handle employee enquiries related to salary, payroll, deductions, and statutory contributions.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records in the payroll system.

Support year-end payroll activities and preparation of relevant payroll reports and documents.

Manage general HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, employee transfers, and offboarding.

Maintain employee records and prepare HR letters and employment-related documents.

Support recruitment and other HR administrative activities when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Assist with payroll system updates, data validation, testing, and user support.

Support other HR projects and duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both written and spoken)

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR generalist, or HR business partnering roles.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of employment practices and HR policies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
