Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle. You will work closely with employees and HODs across recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding.
• Work closely with HODs on manpower requirements and recruitment matters.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and resignation.
• Support monthly payroll processes, attendance, leave and statutory-related matters.
• Provide support on employee relations, HR policies and general employee enquiries.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and process improvements.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent, proactive and able to work with employees at different levels.
