Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, training coordination, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and staff movement documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR data.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and support HR policy and statutory compliance matters.
• Coordinate orientation and induction programmes for new hires and support HR systems and processes.
• Prepare HR reports, HR analytics, and documentation to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
• Participate in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' all-rounded HR experience.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
