Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, OT, leave, tax, Social Security and Provident Fund.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, probation and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, policies and HR reports.
• Administer employee benefits, group insurance, training and engagement activities.
• Handle visas and work permits for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
• Manage office and warehouse administration, vendors, facilities and company assets.
• Coordinate with management, regional headquarters, government authorities and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR and Administration experience.
• Strong experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Experience with TigerSoft and e-WorkPermit is preferred.
• Good English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work independently.
