Human Resources Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition and General HR Support

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Lead salary discussions and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
• Handle onboarding documentation and employee records
• Support HR administrative duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Payroll & Compensation Support

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary calculations
• Maintain employee compensation records and payroll data
• Support administration of benefits, allowances, incentives, and statutory contributions
• Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Prepare payroll-related reports when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment; payroll experience is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of compensation structures and payroll processes
• Have knowledge of Sabah and Malaysia labor laws and statutory requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaker employees , candidates and clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing both recruitment and payroll independently
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
